The ASA Northern New Jersey April Chapter meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 17 at 6:30 pm at Bistro 18, 18 South Fullerton Avenue Montclair, NJ 07042 (Phone: 973-233-0800) [Map]. The Guest Speaker will be Chapter member Paul Roberts, ASA, who will provide an overview of the 2018 ASA Joint Advanced Business Valuation and International Appraisers Conference held in Anaheim, CA October 7-10.

Paul Roberts is Senior Vice President of the International Appraisal Company in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. He has been active in the appraisal and property tax fields for over 40 years and has provided appraisals of commercial and industrial properties throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Roberts is the past Real Property Governor and is a member of the ASA Real Property Committee. He has chaired or served on a number of other ASA national committees and is a past Governor of Region 15. Paul has lectured extensively, written several articles and appeared on CNN. 

You won’t want to miss this informative and lively presentation which will provide highlights and and an overview of the 2018 Annual Meeting. It is expected that the program will qualify for two (2) hours of ASA Continuing Education Credit.
